A Review of Traditional Knowledge Frameworks for Bilateral Water Agreement Decision Making

The implementation of bilateral water management agreements is intended to meaningfully include traditional and local knowledge. To help meet this commitment, a Review of Traditional Knowledge Frameworks for Bilateral Water Agreement Decision Making was completed in March 2020. This report will inform the development of a framework for the meaningful inclusion of traditional knowledge in these agreement’s decision-making. The report reviews existing traditional knowledge frameworks, best practices, protocols, and guidelines.
